After winning a bid to create a short video series for LHP, a national leader in the development and management of multi-family housing properties based in Knoxville, we met with their marketing lead to kick the project off. The first step was to scout the multiple sites they wanted to feature and develop a shooting plan that would allow us to get the most out of their budget. The goal was to show the wide variety of housing options they manage and the people they serve without having to visit every single site. There was literally a lot of ground to cover, and this was all happening mid-pandemic.
LHP had two main goals – recruiting new talent and highlighting their exemplary customer service. After working closely with their team to identify all of the main talking points, we conducted a series of interviews with upper management at their corporate headquarters and employees at their various properties across East Tennessee. We were then able to craft these interviews in such a way to clearly and authentically deliver the messages to their audience. After a good bit of planning and three days of shooting both the interviews and b-roll, we delivered two corporate pieces that didn’t just touch on personal successes and customer satisfaction but truly spoke to the heart of the company and their team.
