We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department at Loch & Key. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, creatively curious, and eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment. The Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of internal and client-facing marketing efforts, assist Marketing Managers and Marketing Leads across accounts, and help bring campaigns to life from planning through launch.
This role plays a key part in project management, keeping projects moving, details organized, deadlines met, and campaigns running smoothly—while gaining hands-on experience across strategy, media, partnerships, and creative execution.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Support Marketing Managers and Marketing Leads in the planning, execution, and reporting of marketing and promotional campaigns for multiple clients
• Assist with client communications, meeting preparation, timelines, and follow-ups
• Keep Marketing Managers and Marketing Leads informed of important and timely campaign updates sent via client communications
• Help build and maintain marketing plans, decks, and campaign documentation
• Support the execution of digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google
• Compile demographic, performance, and market research to inform campaign strategy
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support campaign rollouts, events, and promotions
• Ensure marketing assets, schedules, and information are accurately organized and up to date
• Assist with managing and tracking advertising budgets and settlement documentation
• Support grassroots and local market marketing efforts as needed
• Collaborate with social, email, web, and on-site teams to maximize campaign performance
• Help prepare materials and decks for video production and creative teams
• Provide on-site or weekend support for events and activations when needed
Qualifications / Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field (agency or client-side)
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Meta experience strongly preferred)
• Interest in learning campaign strategy, media planning, and performance optimization
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort working collaboratively while also taking initiative independently
• Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends based on business needs
• A proactive, positive attitude and eagerness to grow within a team setting
